Fence Installer / Crew Leader

We are a well-established fencing company that has proudly served our community for over 38 years. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Fence Installer with strong leadership abilities and a solid work ethic to join our team.
Responsibilities:
– Install various types of fencing, including vinyl, wood, aluminum, chain link, and specialty fences.
– Read and follow project plans and measurements accurately.
– Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely.
– Lead and motivate crew members on job sites.
– Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
– Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Qualifications:
– Previous fence installation experience required.
– Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a crew.
– Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
– Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
– Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors daily.
– Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
